I'm so sorry. Potomac Horse Fever is not something we regularly vaccinate for down here, but I think it bears watching. I read something recently that suggested it may have a wider area now.

Thank you to all of you. I know there are people who understand animal deaths and people who don't. I knew everyone here would understand. We burried Sammy tonight while the sun was setting behind the rain clouds. He's in a much better place and a much better situation now. All of your words mean more to me than you will ever know. Sometimes words really *are* enough.
