As most of you know, we lost my father last week and it has been a terribly rough time for our family.

Yesterday morning my mother passed out and fell and hit her head. We took her to the ER and tests showed that she has a small bleed in her brain. She was transferred to another hospital where there is a neurosurgeon.

The neurosurgeon said the bleed was small and should take care of itself but she is having extreme stomach pain. They will be running tests today to see if they can find the cause.

Please pray for Mom that she be healed. She is stable right now but still in pain.

Oh Mary. I am so sorry you are going through this.

It is so hard when they get older and you are fearful everyday that something might happen. I hope they find something soon that will give her pain relief. Maybe just ulcers since she has had so much happen so quickly. Thinking of you and sending strength.

As I said on FB, your mother, you and your family have my prayers and my thoughts are with you during this very hard time....I wish I could carry some of it for you and give you strength...I know you are trying to be the strong one and being in the place a few times myself, I know what a toll it can take on you...be sure to get away to yourself when you can and let it out...holding it in hurts you mentally and physically. I feel your pain..have been there..losing my sister and then my Dad 6 months later and trying to be the strong one.
