Anyway, these were taken on Sunday after the snow storm....they enjoyed playing on the hill that Dad made for my nieces.

Esrohollow

It's been a long time coming, and I am happy that it's finally 'up'....though I've found a million things I want to change already (which is part of the reason it's taken soo long to get up in the first place!!!).

Let me know your thoughts on it!!!

I so enjoy seeing pics of Moxie and her puppies! What a sweet little family. I enjoyed your website too. I think the font you used for Esrohollow gives it flair. Two questions.....

Can you make the puppy pics a little bigger on their page? Will you be keeping the orangy and yellow colors? At times I found the text blending into the color pallet.....what about bolding the black text?

Love the pix!! Puppies are so cute!!

I like your website too, beautiful horses. Is your 1st horse still alive? I think she would be 25...

I LOVE dapples!!

My concern with bigger puppy pictures was being too much for dial up people??

I don't know anyone with dial up now to try it out!

As for the text....yes, that is what I'm having a problem with right now! I really, really like that font, but I can't bold it....I think I'm just going to have to suck it up and change the font
default_rolleyes.gif
I have lightened the background quite a bit and it doesn't seem to make much difference...and I don't want to change the colours too much more :DOH! Oh the joys of making websites!! LOL If you knew how much stuff I've changed since I started this, you'd be amazed I actually finished it!!

Very nice website, but I wanted more!!
default_wink.png
Every time I see those pups and/or their mother it makes me want a pup for the showring. CWCs are very appealing to me, but after hearing what you had to say about the Westminster BOB winner I am a bit nervous of potential behavior issues. (I'll start saving now, and will be in touch for pointers

I shouldn't do that about the temperament thing, but like ANY breed (and ANY type of animal), there are those bloodlines with potential to be more aggressive....and I also believe that aggressiveness can be created because of how they were raised, so sometimes it's hard to tell whether it's their bloodlines, or how they have been brought up. Dogs will react differently when brought up in different environments, what animal doesn't?

But there are certain bloodlines that I know of that have questionable temperaments, and I myself wouldn't want one of them. I get really upset when the ones that are doing all the winning have that questionable temperament......because they are the ones setting the 'standard' for the breed...and in my opinion, temperament is HIGH on the list! I hope I didn't turn you away from CWC's because I know FAR MORE with the easy going friendly temperament that they are known for, but yes, there are those out there that I wouldn't want to own strictly because of their temperament. I'd be glad to point you in the direction of some great breeders though when you are ready!!!
