I am so sorry about the loss of your Father Donna!

However, it sounds like he had a wonderful life and missed his Wife very much, so at least now they are re-united once again.

Thanks so much for the caring thoughts and prayers during our time of sorrow.

My Dad was 93 years old, he has always been there for me and I will miss him greatly. His last words before he became unresponsive were - "I love you."

Dad loved children, he adored his grandchildren and great grandchildren - they were all there for his funeral 16 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. The little ones sang "Jesus Loves Me" for him and at the cemetery they released balloons. That evening there was the most glorious sunset, I just know it was my Mom and Dad's reunion in Heaven.

There are 4 girls in our family and we were all there with Dad, we told him we loved him and it was okay to go to be with Mom and our son, Kerry. When he took his last breath our Pastor's words comforted us - he said, "Your last breath on Earth is your first breath in Heaven."

I know Dad has missed Mom greatly, he wanted to be with her, I feel in my heart that they will have a glorious Christmas together in heaven. I so believe in these words - "Those Who Live In The Lord, Never See Each Other For The Last Time" - Someday, I will see my parents again and our beloved son, Kerry.
