Shapely's MTG is another topical product that is effective in treating rain rot.

My favorite too..it works great

Another MTG fan! Have an oldie that gets rain rot more than I would like and I address it immediately with MTG (and gloves, do wear gloves, smelly stuff!). I'm sure her immune system is not what it used to be. None of my other horses ever get it despite being together.

All the things that work are Sulfur based,

Lym Dyp Ingredients: Sulfurated Lime Solution (97.8%), Inert Ingredients (2.2%)

MTG Ingredients: Petroleum distillates, sulfur (4%), zinc stearate, glycerin, cade oil (rectified).

You can get the exact same thing ALOT cheaper by buying Lime Sulfur from the garden center make sure you get the one without oil.
