Trying to work on web site. Starting with page one, front page.

My Webpage

The bottom of the page was so congested, I got rid of some stuff.

Added the new filly. I do not have all of her info on the page yet, I will get that done.

The words on the left to link to other pages, are they ok as words, or do you think they need an "actual" button?

If you have the time, take a look and tell me what else needs done on the front page? If I can get your help there, it will too help me with the other papers when I get to them.

Thanks for your time.

I think the links on the left stand out well enough as is. You could make them buttons or leave them alone and either will work.

Beyond that, the only suggestion I have is: You have a nice looking collage with your farm name on it. You might consider making it a bit larger and show it off just a hair.

In viewing the site, your headings, and pictures show as out of position, some floating over the text. I agree with strass about the college..........it's really wonderful.........and should display more prominently. JMO!

I really like it, I agree with strass also, I really like that picture and I think it should be much bigger!Very very nice you must show it off you have some gorgeous animals, be proud! :aktion033:

the thing that bugs me and ive said this before

is that the buttons on the home page are different then the buttons on the other pages. The home page lists a lot more buttons then the other pages do. Also they are in different places depending on which page you look at. I really believe in keeping a website consistent from page to page. So all the buttons/links on the home page should also be on each page after that. And they should all be in the same spot. So if they go down the left on the home page dont put them at the bottom on other pages. Making a site easy for people to navigate is the key to getting them to stay on your site. Just an idea!

Kay,

I only have the front page done.

I think I mentioned that, maybe not thought, will get to the others as I can. Maybe a page a day.

Thanks for suggestions.

LH, where are pictures over text? I can't find. Maybe I am viewing different size than you. thanks
