I went today to give blood, it's something I do when I am healthy enough, don't have phlbitis or other issues. They are in a bad way becuase of all the snow storms and bad weather that has plagued our country this winter. If you can please help those that need blood. Yes, everyone please get out and give blood!! I believe you can give every two months, but even just once a year works and you can call and make an appointment for whatever time you'd like. It's quick and fairly painless. It goes to an amazing cause! Plus it's a great excuse to eat a few cookies
