Some of you might remember the accident I posted about in November, that I wasn't involved in implicately, but that I was still part of.
I just got a call from ICBC about it. Apparently the girl who actually hit another car is trying to get them to put partial blame on me for it, saying that I cut her off. I told them what happened, that she had been playing with her radio, that she had too many people in her car and I made a safe lane change to get passed the other car that I WOULD have hit. The lady said that they have had several witnesses tell them the same thing, about how she was driving. She has to take it to her manager to investigate whether it was partially my fault or not.
I really don't think it was my fault, given how fast she was going and how unsafely she was driving, and I really hope they decide that it isn't. I can't afford to lose my "N".
What do ya'll think?
