Did you have him tested...just curious, as the test has come back positive for dun (grulla) for Albahurst's little guy.

Well, the Palomino could easily be a Dunalino, but I have to say he does not look terribly Grullo to me, in that photo.
He is a very, very nice foal, whatever colour he turns out to be, you must be very pleased with him.
I would test him and his dam for Dun before I would worry about parent qualifying him, unless you want to do that anyway, of course.
