Hi Everyone.

Just wanted to know who all are comming and how many horses are you bring?

We are taking 5 this year.

I know I am crazy. But since this the show that is only 1/2 hour from our place. We might as well get all the horses we can to it. (I just wish it was still in July, my horses are so not ready  )

I will be the very frazled one looking very lost.

Our horses will be in the race horse barn across from the show ring (Beef barn).

Hope the weather holds out.

We will be bringing three horses total, two driving horses (Chaps and Monte) and a halter horse (Lordy). Last year we brought six horses and it was way too many to take to a show, won't do that again, must have been NUTS. Hope we have a nice weather as well at Meadville, that is one of my favorite shows to attend, plus they have great FOOD there as well!

I guess they had a great turnout at the Ashland Ohio show today. My husband went and called me this morning and said the place was packed with horses and the arena was in great shape for driving. I had to stay home so I coudn't make the trip yet with my leg injury yet. Can't wait for all the details tonight when he gets home around midnight.

See everybody at Meadville, this will be my first trip out this year! Stinks sitting out of showing while everyone is out having a good time. Hopefully I can soon ditch the darn cane!

It looks like we will only be doing halter classes this year.

I have been working with my driving horse but the more I try to work on his problems the worse they get. And I don't want to get anyone hurt. I am seriously thinking of having someone else train him. We had an accident last year. He was getting better. Then I took him in a class at our fair which scared the crap out of him. They had monster trucks rides going on pretty close and the noise just made him crazy.

So we will be trying to have a good time.

Hope it doesn't get to hot. Calling for mid 80's.

I would like to go just to see how showing goes.. I have my two minis but I have no Idea what is involved with showing.. My daughter and I are going to try to make it... But my Lucy and Bulldog will have to stay home until "mommy" learns the showing. I hope I can get to meet some of you from the forum... But I will just be watching from the sidelines...I know I will learn a lot. Can someone post more info. on the times and the going on's? Thanks.. And hope to meet some of you...

Here is the run down on the classes. It starts at 9am. and can go pretty fast if the classes have only a couple or no one in them. But then again they can go slow if there are a lot. It all depends on who shows up and what they are showing in.
