Yea thats why it so surprised me! See the man I got Sandy and Ginger from had them only a few months. He bought them from a Vet that has many minis. I was told Ginger was exposed to a Jack. At the man I got her from place! No one told me there was a Jack at the vets! Apparently there was!

Now That means Ginger is most likely in foal to a Jack also, but its a 50/50 as there was a stallion there also.

Ginger is about 6 months so we will see next spring! In the meantime Bonny will have a mini horse in Jan!

Molly is so cute! Yall, this is wonderful! I am surprised still but thankful its a mini mule!

well....ain't that JUST the cutest thing!!!!! Congratulations..we had that happen last year..was told out new mare was bred to a black and white stallion....hhhmmmmm...gave birth to a sorrel roan little jack mule...he belongs to my farrier now...cutie patootie you have there!!!! Sure is a surprise to see those ears..eh?

Oh CONGRAT Bonny And Sandy!!

Boy did that bring back memories - my first baby born at my place in 2006 was a molly mule - like many I bought this mare in foal 'to a buckskin pinto stallion' and while I was not there for the birth - I was SO excited to come out for a check to see a little butt - realize its a girl!!! and it looked dark buckskin!! Double YEAH!!

Well undoing the chain to the gate she came around her momma and pricked up her ears and at first I was just you gotta be kidding me - and then I fell in love anyway - Maybelline now lives with a family that the dad wanted a mini donkey, daughter wanted a mini horse and mom wanted a companion for there retired POA pony!!!

CONGRATS again!!
