I still think James should have won, but out of Lauren and Scotty I am SOOO glad he took the title! They will both have amazing careers!!!!

I liked James and Casey...but out of the two that were left, Scotty deserved it more. He has a great voice but he's so darn goofy looking he freaks me out!

I think Scotty and Lauren are both wonderful singers.. Especially for their age. I really liked James..he could belt it out... reminded me alot of the 80's style music I used to listen to.. I liked Paul just b/c he had such a unique voice.. However I feel that if Pia had not gotten voted off (Should NOT have gotten voted off!) earlier she would have been the winner.. yes Pia will get her recording contract.. its already in the works.. And so wont Cassie, Paul, James and Lauren and of course Scotty thats the way it always seems to work. I dont see Scotty's voice as boring.. dont see him as being boring either.. I really look for him to break out with a style all his own esp. as he matures and gets older... His voice is to die for! His dad's voice isnt bad either! I think you have to appreciate country music to really appreciate Scotty's voice and style.

. The only singers I had a hard time dealing with this year was Jacob(couldnt understand him half the time, however in my opinion he would make a GREAT gospel singer) and Naima.. could not stand her.. just something about her that reminded me of fingernails scraping down a blackboard.. lol.

I really ernjoyed the show last night. This was a very talented group this year. My favorite was James and I hope he goes on to bigger and better things.

I would have to say I am glad Scotty won too... but it was a tough pick. Both are just great kids I think. I was really upset that James was voted off, I really thought he would win this. He and Scotty were my two picks, so since James had to go

I am glad Scotty got it. Yep, I expect to see a few of these folks go places!

ROFL!!! I thought the same... especially when he always held the microphone sideways and sang out of the corner of his mouth. He got really better about not doing that the last few weeks. They must have really coached him! I loved James and Casey! I was pretty bummed that the last week was going to be a country music fest! I also felt that Lauren was just too cutsey sweetsy sugary. So I'm glad Scotty took it over her! But I also have to say that James' song with Judas Priest was awesome! I hope his career soars!
