Thank you REO for the update. It saddens me to see he was released on bail. Perhaps a good attorney can argue that mutilating animals is part of the homicidal triad making this man very dangerous to society. I hope they lock him up. Nothing can justify what he has done. I feel so bad for the poor owner and staff who suffered through this ordeal.
