Hello Everyone,
I have really missed you guy's and as always my life always has something hectic going on. Please know that if I don't post often it is NOT because I am being rude. I just have a lot going on right now. I also became a mema ( I got that name somehow from Grandma..lol) again on Dec 8th, 2008 to a beautiful baby girl. So, now I have four grandchildren and I am BUSY...LOL.
I want people to know that over the last several months I have watched and most of the times with " tears in my eye's" of how some have NEVER forgotten Skyler. I have seen his thread bumped so many times. Mary Lou - a " SPECIAL" THANK YOU from me. I wish I know how to get in touch with you. I have wanted to thank you so many times, but I did not have a way to get in touch. I can only HOPE your read this.
Ok, talking about Skyler - He was on our local news - thanks to God and Prayers he is doing so much better.
I am going to add the text - but, I would also wish everyone would take just a couple of minutes to watch the video of Skyler. It is a very short video, but it is worth watching in my opinion.
I hope the link works - I don't spend as much time on the computer as I used to and I was never great at stuff like linking anyway.
I just wanted to drop in and say THANK YOU ALL from the bottom of my heart for remembering Skyler and to PLEASE keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

HOLLISTER, Mo. -- Skyler Sanders rarely meets a stranger. He is 6 years old, full of life and always up for a video game battle. He and his family never imagined they'd have to use that determination to fight of his life.
Last May, Skyler says he started feeling a biting in his throat.
"It felt like a crab biting my throat. Daddy started to know I wasn't swallowing right, I was slobbering. That's when they took me to the doctor," he said.
As Skyler's motor functions slowed, parents Melissa and Ryan raced their eldest child to their family doctor. They frantically looked for answers.
At Skaggs hospital in Branson, in Springfield, and finally in St. Louis, doctors agreed. A rare and inoperable tumor had a firm hold on Skyler's brain stem.
They searched for hope, but even that came up short.
"Basically it was to do six weeks of radiation and to do the type of chemo that they offered and that was really the only option."
From the pain, the sense of unfairness and helplessness grew hearts of champions in a family dedicated to doing all they can.
"That was our position from the beginning: we're going to fight this, and we're going to beat it. And that's still our position."
Despite scary moments, Skyler's brave face is never gone for long. Skyler's diet includes more than 20 pills and supplements, which he takes without complaint. The daily chemo is different but he'll do anything to shrink the tumor.
Skyler also finds strength in faith. His prayers are simple.
"Take my tumor out of my head and just hope it never comes back."
Skyler just returned from his latest treatments at St. Jude's Hospital on Wednesday. The doctors say his tumor is stable. Now he's looking forward to his 7th birthday party on Saturday.

I don't know how long the video will be up, but I would love for everyone to watch the strong family and all they have ever asked for are prayer's.
I miss you guy's very much!
