Smarty Jones -- first foal - a Filly

Well -- for those of you who might care....

Smarty Jones has his first foal on the ground -- a filly -- She was born just after midnight on 1/10/06. The dam is Shoppingwithbetty who lives at Stone Farm in Paris, Kentucky.

That is so funny. I saw the topic title at a fast glance and was shocked. My minis Name is Smarty Jones, because he was born the day Smarty Jones won the Kentucky Derby. I thought<"Oh my how could I have missed that!!!" :lol: My Smarty Is a gelding.

She is quite flashy -- I saw some video footage of her and am wishing she were not such a valuable little girl! She would look very very nice in my backyard. Her momma is pretty darn special too. A daughter of the recently deceased stallion DANZIG.
