I love the one of the barn!

So isn't this nicer than the pouring rain and wind. At least it seems like winter and christmas and not so depressing. Just harder to drive around. :bgrin :bgrin

I bet there will be a snowman picture soon as the snow is to come back today and tonight.

Have fun.

Absolutely gorgeous picutures!

We are having a heck of a snow storm tonight up here in Renton. Thunder and lightening too, me and the dogs are scared to death!

I went to bed last night and it was raining... when Nathan woke me up this morning, the backyard (still full of puddles and standing water) was rather heavily dusted!

It's been snowing off and on here in Willamina all day. Our cold weather is pretty weird- We're stuck in this weird cold well in the foothills of the Cascades. There have been times when we've had snow here at the house while downtown Willamina is clear!

The animals don't have a clue, and apparently around 4:30/5am the roads were iced over & it was raining- so the snow didn't start too long before Nathan and I got up (9am).

OH BOY. My step-dad said they said Portland might get 8in of snow! That's INSANE- Portland rarely gets snow!!

Tell me about it! :new_shocked: I had to work during all the daylight hours both Sunday and today but hope to get out and get some decent pictures tomorrow. It took me three and a half hours to drive the fifteen minutes home tonight.

: The roads themselves weren't that bad, but the TRAFFIC was awful. I turned my car off and sat there for 45 minutes at one point- too bad the line moved just as I was pondering starting a snowball fight.

A bunch of the pictures in your second post and the barn photo in the first post could all make wonderful Christmas cards. Thanks for sharing them!

See? WA can be pretty when it wants to.
