Something funny I read...

I usually avoid animal exhibits, but this one (a petting zoo) seemed to be well-run and the animals were regularly taken out and given "time outs" in a separate area of paddocks and stalls w/shade, and lots of advocates to keep the little things from getting stepped on, squeezed or otherwise harassed by the little ones (and the big ones!) who were visiting.

I try to avoid paying any money to those that I can see are exploiting the critters, but this one looked ok, and so in we went.

One little sign I noticed on the way out was "Unattended children will be given a free triple espresso and a puppy" *LMAO*

I thought that was pretty funny. Can you imagine the nightmare?

LOL They have that same sign here in one of the post offices. Always makes me grin...

Yeah there were no unattended children in that exhibit. Like I said, it was one of very few I didn't mind seeing and paying a bit to get in.
