Special Photo edit

I would really love if someone could do a photo edit from me. This pic is of my mom who has been going through chemo and radiation for lung cancer, and her first great grand daughter on her first christmas. This week has been the first week in a long time that she has been feeling good. If anyone would be able to take the background out and make it look nice i would greatly appriciate (sp?)!

Nice edits! I especially like the one RockinS did. Can anyone reduce the size of the child relative to the adult? Kiddo was so close to the camera she looks way too large in the photos and the edits come out looking, well, Photo-shopped! *LOL*
