Strange Phone calls to cell phone

Ok for the last few days we have been getting calls to our cell phone. it comes across our caller ID as 0000000000 and there is no one there! Has any one eles had this?

I had a weird one to my home phone a few weeks ago. Nobody was there and the number came up as 1-555-555-5555. It was spooky!
