Super G Nominations

Coventry Lane was so kind to tell me about the futurity nominations and that they were due on the 1st of March. I made the deadline totally thanks to them. They also mentioned the Super G to me and I am putting our little man in the Super G program starting with this year (I have to go back and pay the past two years, but it sure beats the heck out of waiting until his 3 year old year and paying $350).

So, I just thought I'd pay the kindness forward and remind everyone that the Super G nominations and/or sustaining fees are due tomorrow, April 1st.

Thanks for the reminder. I wish my horse was eligible but I don't think his parents were nominated for the normal futurity so as far as I can tell I'm out of luck. It's frustrating!

The Can Am show is April 16-18th and stallion halter is Friday so Turbo will attend his first show one day after his 2nd birthday.

I have no hope in open, some hope in Ammy Level 1 and a decent chance in AOTE I think. We'll see! I'm definitely considering this a practice show as it's too cold to clip him with a close blade and even with the 10 I'm going to wait until the last minute so unfortunately there won't be a chance to practice his facial. I figure it won't matter anyway as he's going to be too busy wiggling to get a look at all the other horses!

I have sent ours in as well to beat the deadline for the nominations for both the regular Futurity and the Super G Futurity with our Michigan's show gelding that we bought from the Taylors last year at Nationals.

Looking forward in seeing you with Steak N Shake at the shows, he is one awesome horse and you will love him.

We love all our Michigan's horses especially Michigan's Sox Appeal that is our Modern pony. We have bought several horses over the years from the Taylors, great family indeed.
