Surgery for me tomorrow

After having sometimes intense abdominal pain for over a year, I am having surgery tomorrow to see if they can figure out what is going on, and fix it at the same time. Also am having a couple of old and worn out, now unused parts removed, LOL
Should be a fairly quick recovery, but am annoyed that I wont be able to lift anything or do much for a while........ Sure hope it all goes well.

Hope that your surgery went well and they were able to "fix" you....Take it easy.....Your in our prayers

Thinking of you.......... I just had my first colonoscopy done today...... I am still tired & groggy and it was an early appt this morning. I have to check back with the Doc after the biopsys get back from the lab......

Interesting thing your abdominal pain for a year......mine stated last June....and it's taken this long for them to finally send me to the GI....who thinks I have endometrosis......so it will be another trip to the obgyn even after the colonoscopy today....... not to hijack your thread, not trying to.....just taking a long way around to tell you I know what you have been going through & I hope and wish the best for you!!

Thanks to you all!! Put a quick update on Zoey's thread....

Valerie, you keep after the tests and make SURE it is not ovarian cancer either!!!! I just lost a friend from that and her symptoms were the same as mine. I am curious to see how much they just fixed and how it is linked to my intestinal and digestive problems that started after the pain did!!

Back to bed for me for now.... actually got a bit of reading done yesterday! First I have had time to read in YEARS!!

Will talk soon, can't sit long.
