Hello everyone,

I have been lurking for awhile and don't post much,but I love seeing all the pictures of your beautiful minis! Lots of pics have been shown of various colors and abilities, but I'd love to see your teams driving. I only have one mare and she's nowhere near driving, but someday I'd love to have at least another one to hitch with her. So be it 2,4,6 or 8, lets see them.

Well, these aren't fancy show pictures or anything, but this is my team. They do work around the house here. I finally got a new wagon for them, but no pictures so far

. Any way they are hooked to the "hilbilly express" here

. Maverick drives on the right, he's a 6 year old, 31.5" bay and white pinto stallion. Coop is driving on the left, he's an 8 year old, 31.5" sorrel and white pinto stallion. They get along well and definately help out around here. Teams of any size sure are fun to drive no matter if it is for show, work, or just pleasure.

I'd love to see everyone elses pairs and teams as well

Where did you get your mini sized collars and hames?

Shari, thanks for the compliment on my team. I ordered all of my harness and collars from Robinson Harness. Otha was very easy to get along with, allowed me to special order it with no blinders and no over or side check at no extra cost. It is all very nice harness and well priced too. It is 12" collars with 13" hames and fits them both very well.

HERE IS OUR GIRLS - FANCY & JAZZMAN. WE MISSED THE LEBANON, OHIO CHRISTMAS HORSE DRAWN CARRIAGE PARADE THIS YEAR, DARN IT, HUBBY HAD TO WORK, SO COULDN'T GO. AND IT WAS SHOWN ON MARTHA STEWARD THIS MORNING, IT WAS DECEMBER 3. IF YOU EVER GET A CHANCE TO GO IT IS WORTH IT. THERE ARE TWO IN THE SAME DAY. I LOVED THE NIGHT ONE, FIRST TIME WE WERE REALLY SCARED TO DO IT, BUT THE HORSES DID FINE AND IT WAS REALLY NEAT. FRIENDS OF OURS ARE ALWAYS THERE, THEY HAVE AN 8 TO 10 MINI HORSE STAGE COACH HITCH, BOB & VANETA ADAMS OF "LIL HITCH".

We recently sold our driving horse Flash. So sadly we wont be driving till someone else gets trained. But we love driving, the mini races is what sold us on minis. Here is Flash who is now living in S. Carolina.

Oh My! What gorgeous teams. I tell you it looks like so much fun. I have never driven before and can't wait to be able to. Once we get Minnie back into shape she can begin training. Come spring I'll just have to find someone nearby to give me some lessons. Sandy, my husband just went nuts over your 8 horse team. Looks like I may be on my way to more minis.

Julie watches the saleboard and Ebay, and she watches for auctions around PA that sell horse vehicles.

Ok ok I have to add mine(digging this up from the bottom of the heap).

Only tandems so far(no pair/team vehicles and nobody's the same size!), though I've driven other people's pairs and teams.
