I wanted to share my happiness!
Since I was really young (2nd-3rd grade) I've had a THING about Angels, Christmas Angels. I still have one that I bought at a school Christmas thing way back then. It's made out of pipe cleaners LOL!
My sister (who never gave me anything) made & gave me a foil flower about 20 years ago, and that's what I've always twisty tied to the top of out tree all these years. Well, it fell apart. We had nothing to go on top of our tree this year. Town is far for us to go to look for a tree top so the near by Dollar Store we went. There was an Angel topper there. Hubby wanted her, but she didn't speak to my heart. We got a star thing instead. Neither one of us really cares for it, although it's ok.
Then I asked you all to post your trees! And I love seeing them! Especially the ones (like Mona's) that have Angels on top. Made me sorry I didn't get the one at the dollar store.
In another thread Santa wished me a lot of love this Christmas and that's what I got!
A very special gift from my friend Dana! (Ruffian) came today! Dana made her just for me! How did Dana KNOW???? I've been sitting here crying ever since I opened it. JOY!!!!
THIS is why after all these years that flower fell apart and why I didn't want the Angel from the dollar store!
