But.... beleive what you want, Folks. When it comes to factcheck (If you do a search on factcheck and yes I have) you can't find anything about all 3 connected.I find that odd that everyone else can put them all together. Seems like they won't give up info about themselves or who they are connected to. All these people can't be wrong, but oh ya Factcheck has all Facts ... Please
I'll believe and present the FACTS, thanks. Not just "what I want" as so many do in these threads. Sorry if I sound a bit frustrated - but I am.
The ONLY connection between the three is the vast Annenberg Foundation. LOOK. IT. UP. They even have a section about the Chicago Annenberg Challenge group.
And who is "everyone else" who puts them "together"? The connection through the Foundation is very tenuous and remote... and even in that vaporous state has been there from Day One - and suddenly this is news?
factcheck has also received funding from the Annenberg (REPUBLICAN BASED AND BACKED) Foundation. So have many other communication and education groups - you better get on the phone and start telling the world about how all those groups are associated with Ayers and Obama and terrorists and need to be vilified and have their funding pulled and what not...
If you actully "check" and read factcheck the balance is OBVIOUS. Any right wing pundit trying to paint them as tainted is only shooting themselves in the foot while they are shooting off their mouth... as factcheck has done just as much to help out the right as the left. They also cite sources across the political spectrum. I am likely the biggest cynic and skeptic you will ever find - and even I see the balance there.
If you cannot see that that you must really be trying hard not to - as it does not fit what you want to believe - and for that I have no solution.
Makes me laugh
As to the Democrats on here that must have been burning up the internet looking for facts on what I posted. Well it kept them busy for a while.
And it is THAT ^^^ kind of smug and smirking repartee that dooms these threads. Some of you do not want to discuss - only point fingers and make accusations. No discussion - no rebuttal - no other opinions allowed.
You did not find out - or get the lowdown - on anything here. And yet the high-fives and mirth.
You posted without a link... without a source. Without even checking out that which you were stating as fact.
Thank goodness you have some of us to pick up the slack for you. And you find it a joke that others DO seek to check things out? Wow.
Here, Southern Heart - I found that "missing link" for you.
The quote you mentioned and did not supply a link to comes from here....

"Everyone else" who has made this connection are a few who have quoted this blogger. This is a blog - not even a coloumn in the National Review (where a search shows they have not made any such "connection" and actually gave factcheck kudos for some reporting) or a report on FoxNews... just a blog. So just someone else's opinion - trying to make a tenuous connection and thus get quoted - that is how the blogosphere works - you try to get hits and get noticed.
No doubt the website mccain.blogsforvictory.com is completely non-partisan. Not.
I am not a Democrat by the way.
If I could vote I would be an Independent - and not swayed by either side. And thus "facts" are what is important to me - from
non-partisan sources. So no Obama site... no McCain aite - and certainly no mccain.blogsforvictory.com.
Facts should be important to others - not just what you want to hear. This is the ONLY political forum I take part in where some have no use for the truth behind the spin...
... and sometimes think the spin
is the truth.
