I just love the summer and the babies that come along! We have had so much fun these past few weeks enjoying the little ones I wanted to share.

It's been fun introducing Kim and Garnet to the joy and danger of baby cuddles

It can get crazy out there when they ALL want attention! We have a whole bunch more photos but they seem to have a limit on how many you can post

Anyway, hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Oh my gosh....I dream of that!! I sooooo envy you!

My hubby said that you even look like me w/my hair pulled back the same way and the dany glasses on my head, jeans...the whole look is me...but w/o the darling babies!

PS...love your little shed too!!

Wonderful pictures! I always say that this time of year is our bonus after all the stress and lack of sleep that we suffer during the previous few months LOL!!

My babies have been quite considerate this year Anna - most foaling either in the daylight hours or when I was gone to a show and Mike, my husband, got to play midwife (he is getting almost good at it! He hardly yelled at me at all this last one

)

The goofy glasses have become a necessity in the last couple years if I want to see anything closer than 2 feet to my face

I keep 'em on top of my head so I don't lose them although I have been known to ask my daughter if she has seen my glasses only to have her hoot and point to my head

I tried a chain around my neck but almost broke said neck catching the goofy glasses on things and decided that was NOT a good idea.

Although I do enjoy watching yearlings play I don't get to see as much of that as they quite often have gone to their new homes and I don't find it quite as relaxing as they get a little more on the rambunctious side. The babies just seem to really love to see what their legs will do for them and can be quite comical at times

and breathtaking at other times!

I do love cuddling the little fellas especially Frankie, the little red dun that is playing kissy face with Garnet. He is just a total puppy dog and will crawl right onto your lap and let you rub his belly and keep the flies off him - he is a character!

Awww....gotta LOVE those babies!!!!

And lucky you, Lori, to only need the glasses the last couple of years...I've had mine since 2nd grade!
