Tiki's first show!

Our little yearling classic mare went to her first show last weekend with her trainer Joel White.... being the only classic mare in the show, she won her class, plus Jr. Champ mare and Grand Champ mare!

But she's looking really good and getting the hang of standing up to show, so we were happy!

This is Summertime Tiki - she's homozygous for black AND tobiano!

Hi Rob! It was my brand-new-club's first-show-ever... we actually had a very good turn out.

She was actually the only Classic MARE at the show, we had lots of Classic stallions and a gelding or two.

Tiki looked really good... she set up great and worked the rail like she's done it a million times! Those pictures don't do her justice!

Congrats Karen, your horses all looked great!

Yeah, I did say "Classic MARE"! :bgrin

She got 1st and 2nd in classic multicolor out of 4 black and white pintos....

It was a very FUN show and a great attitude from everyone, including the judges! As a first club show I'd have to say it was a big success!
