Two weeks until the Evergreen show.....

Getting excited, even clipping a horse already. Who is comin' to this one??? Valerie???? I know Liz is,,, Leia,,, and maybe she will take a Pyro home in her pocket! Susanne, Tracy? Cheryl? Hope it isn't as hot as Pacific Crown was!

I will, I will! Bringing Alladdin and Flirt. A lucky break is that our Liz shoot is that same week, so they will already be clipped. wahoo!

Oh that weekend of Pacific Crown, my gosh it was over 100 degrees every day and 108!!! degrees that Sunday in Pasco! You guys had it easy! LOL

: I'll be there, I forgot to send in my entry what with the excitement of getting ready for Happ's and all but it's ready and will go out in the mail tomorrow with my post-entry fee. I'm limiting Kody to only one jumper class this time so as not to hack him off; I'll waste my money on another CP class instead. :lol: At least he enjoys those because they are driving!

Kody would love it if I snuck Pyro home. Those two would spend all day rough-housing if we let them and never once get tired of it. Kody was born to be an uncle.

I am probably not going to be bringing any horses........ I went to Vegas (took my Dad on a trip, just to get him out & about)...and when I got back, I got sicker than a dog....(Ok, a sick dog).....anyway, haven't quite gotten my allergies & asthma back under control...... and to top it all off I am still dealing with my Identity Theft from 3 years back.....so I spending a ton of time trying to clear my name on some issues out of Los Angeles Calif and it's taking a lot of time to do letters and get copies of stuff from years back, ugly mess.......... It's H*ll getting older.......

I have to work the first day of the show and then I see the classes I would be interested in are early morn the next day....so just not sure...I would have to haul in, because I didn't get my stalls reserved etc.

Anyway, if I can, I will certainly try to come and watch you guys show, I haven't seen anyone in ages.....I need to get my act together, but I am really contemplating selling out.......just have to figure out what is the most important thing for me right now.....scary.

I will atleast try to come watch, but I really doubt I will be showing...bummer.

No Shetland classes this year?...what the heck? Guess I didn't notice that in the premiums......

Count me in :aktion033: I will be bringing my driving mare...and a filly I have in training with Annette will be there. I might bring some foals...we'll see if I can get them clipped and at least sort of leading

They don't have shetland classes since it is a miniature horse club. But when you put on a national area show you need to add all the class for everyone.

Ahhh.......thank you for setting me straight.....I thought the last time I was at that show they had Shetlands.....it was a large show ......but you are right, it was their area nationals that year.

I don't have Shetlands anyway, so I guess it doesn't make much difference for me, just surprised me.....now I guess I had better go re-read the premium.......... :bgrin

I'm ever optimistic, but it will be a challenge. Mingus is not ready, I'm not yet up to exercising him, and Keith is getting ready for a big jazz festival at which he is performing.

So far, this entire show season has been a wash...

Susanne,,, I know it is hard but I am just happy you are doing better and out of the hospital! There is always next year.

And maybe next year.. I will be able to either show Theia or bring Maggie and her cart.

Susanne, will you just COME for Pete's sake?? Put him in Costume or something, just bring him. All it has to cost is $45 for a stall. Gosh knows I don't go to these things with the expectation of doing well, I go because of my friends and a chance to get together with people I only see at shows and the ocean. It will spoil my enjoyment considerably if you aren't there!

: (Okay, you have a "Get Out of Jail Free" card if you are in the hospital or a wheelchair but otherwise!... :nono: ) We missed you at Pacific Crown, I can't imagine you not being at Evergreen too. :no: That's my entire show season!

Besides, I want to see Mingus's Driver's Ed progress and you need to see Pyro with Kody.

I am planning on watching thats for sure and for those that need an extra hand I can do that too... I was going to be there with Blue and Millie but that's not happening. LOL...I know many of you are dying to see how big I have gotten since Oregon Gold so I plan to be there to watch

Awww, susanne, I think Mingus will look better than you give yourself credit for....believe me, my actual "workout regimen" for my horses has consisted of keeping Mouse tuned up for jumping and that is IT.

My horses have been living in the pasture most of the time on their Summer schedule.

Come on up and give it a go. You will have fun no matter what.

We can help with prep or whatever.

Or, just come watch.

Wow I can't wait! It will be fun to "Glamour Shots" the go to competition. The one thing I am REALLY looking forward to is Matthew doing jumper with Falcon again. That is the one class that he has seemed to like!!!!Hilary liked obsticle and halter classes. I am happy to NOT be in the ring at all myself. I like being in the stands!

C'mon Valerie, write Carol and see if you can be stalled by us, we will try and help... even if we have "chaos" alley most of the time!
