Vaccination booster ?

I'm asking this for a friend. Her question is if a mini hasn't gotten vaccinated for a year do you give a booster?

We never give any vaccines and definitely no boosters.

Have you vaccinated this horse before? If the horse was on a regular schedule and you skipped a year, you do not need to booster any more than if you hadn't skipped a year.

Not vaccinating is a gamble you may choose to take, but the insignificant risks of the vaccines are far outweighed by the risk of the disease.
