Annie seems to be improving. She was actually looking for Casey this afternoon, first time she has even shown any interest. She has also eaten some this evening. From all I have read I am not sure it is Salmonella, (she only had two loose stools)

But we are still treating with antibiotics anti inflamitories and bio sponge.

I will be away from a computer for the next few days so most likely this will be my last update till next week.

VERY glad she's showing signs of improvement!

This is late, but am surprised no one has mentioned hyperlipemia (fatty liver disease), especially when she's had a foal at her side. It's a simple blood test.
