Wanting to joing LB top sites

I have my banner on photobucket and used that URL. It works on everything else. It says I don't have a valid banner. What do I need to do?

Your banner needs to measure an exact size(200 pixels wide x 60 pixels high), and also, I believe it needs to end in a .jpg or .gif file fprmat. Check those, and if that is not the problem, email Debby Bowen, as she is taking care of the Top Sites.
