was anyone at the convention in early November?

Hi,

I was not able to go to the convention this year. I am interested in the International Breed Promotion department.... is ASPC AMHR still allowing an ASPC horse to be bred with any type of shetland and obtain ASPIR papers in Europe ? Because of the outragious crossbreeding going on I asked that this issue come up at the convention ... did anyone attend this part of the convention? you cam IM me with any info if you have it .
