Weathervane Birthday Gift!!!!!

My husband bought and had a pretty weathervane put up on my barn for my birthday!! It's a copper running horse and looks great!!! Also a picture of my granddaughter and Misty in the barn at evening feeding time!! Misty just loves her and is so gentle around her!!

. Today is a windy day compliments of Arthur off the coast, the wind is coming from the SE according to my weathervane!!!!!

Yes Misty is very sweet most of the time. She can be a little fiesty as 2 yr olds are sometimes but she is always good around the grandchildren!!

Does anyone else have a weathervane atop their barn?? I would love to see some pictures of other weathervanes!! For the past 2 years I kept looking up at my cupola thinking something looked wrong or missing, now it looks complete!! My barn is little but I love it! It may sound strange but I actually love spending time out there, seems so peaceful working in the barn listening to the birds and just watching my 2 minis walking around grazing!!
