Oh Rori! What kind of fishies are you getting?

Sea horses

Welll they are acclimating right now :bgrin lets see there is a super pretty calico telescope, one orange oranda (my son calls it a brainhead) , and a orange fantail :bgrin they all have extra long tails and we spent forever picking just the right ones......we can safely add 2 more in a few weeks....probably will be a black moor, and either a bubble eye or a pearlscale

: (the bubble eyes freak out my son but I love them he saw some and is afraid their eye's will pop

: I have a 65 gal hex tank set up with variety of goldfish in it, now I am putting another one up so I can take some of Luvmycritters extra guppies and plattys. Corinne

Oh fish are so addicting.....it has been years since I had tanks set up.....hubby was eyeballing a 20 and 29 set up not to mention the BIG tanks...... :bgrin

OK I totally want a panda but from the looks of it you have to order them from Japan :new_shocked: or China

: we had a heck of a time just finding what we found.....I never realized fancy oranda's were so hard to find...I mean back in the day when I worked at the pet store I could just get anything I wanted

I am amazed at how serene they are though, everyone in the house is fascinated by the 3 fish...especially 1 of the kitties she is convinced that is her television :bgrin

Did anyone find the Panda fish? :bgrin
Well I have found a number of places online that have "magpie" telescopes, or black and white moors, or panda moors.....and dag nabbit everyone is sold out

: ...oh wait there was one place and they had a gorgeous 5"-6" for $200 or maybe a bit more :new_shocked: .....I shall just keep an eye in the small fish tanks at our fish dealers

OH but thank you all so much in my surfing for a panda......I remembered how many knock out types of KOI are out there...just great now I am trying to figure out where we can do a koi pond until our large pond is done

I found a aquarium shop about 2 hours from my house, that does get pandas in on occassion. She is going to try and get some and let me know when they come in, her price is $15.00 to 25.00 depending upon the size. So I'm hoping!! ML, I love to do the underwater landscaping too.. the only ones I never touched were the saltwater tanks, Bob had those when we first got married, and I was hopeless with them. Now I just have my 65 gal hexagon up and my 20 gal hex up. Corinne
