We're exhausted

We leave in two days for Alaska. Hubby and I have been working hard to get everything done before we leave. Typically there's not so much to be done because I work 3 to 4 hours a day to keep the place up. But we'll be gone for 10 days so I wanted everything done these last couple of days (especially the mowing) so we wouldn't get back to a jungle. Oh my. What a job. I'm so sore I can hardly move this morning. I had planned on mowing more today but I'm just not sure thats going to happen. For sure I don't want to work on Saturday because then I'll never be able to walk to the plane. LOL I may just have to content myself with last a last minute shopping trip. I need to get a gift card for my preacher and his wife who will be dog sitting my little dog (AKA "THE QUEEN") I can put the big dog in the local kennel but not THE QUEEN. She'll be spending a week with "Uncle Brent and Aunt Sandy". Funny thing: she doesn't like hard floors and won't walk on them. Um......they just redid their entire house in hardwood flooring. I'm just dying to know how that's gonna turn out!

I guess everything else is just going to have to wait. If we get back and the place looks like a rain forest, so be it.

Try and relax before you go if you can. You don't want to be too pooped to enjoy the trip! I would dearly love to go on that cruise and I hope you have a well deserved blast! Take lots of pictures to share!!!

I'm so happy you are going on your long awaited honeymoon. Hope that you get everything ship shape before you go and then you can just relax and enjoy! Don't overdo though, everything will be waiting for you when you get back!
