UPATE: 4:30 this afternoon 30 degrees and holding. UGH! Not sure what the wind chill is but it's still quite blustery outside.

The snow is more like 2 inches. The boys are sledding down in the back fields on garbage can lids, I swear. They do have a sled someplace but guess that's more fun.

Still have ice bergs all over the place. Nothing seems to be melting yet. The roads are still covered over up here pretty muchm more ice than snow on the roads. No one is driving in our little community today.

Hey Judy, you neglected to tell anyone how the valley floods big ones though and about once or twice a year the water goes in everyone's houses.......not a valley dweller! It is super though down there. They didn't get any snow from what I hear and it's warmer there too.

Well Marty it was -10 C and sunny up here in Northern Ontario. Tonight it is to get -22 C. We have about 6" of snow a the moment. It has been a mild winter so far and not much snow. I put out a bale of hay and the horses spent all day outside. Yesterday it rained.

We had rain most of the day here in CT and 57 degrees. Very unusual for New England this time of the year. Supposed to get colder tonight and SNOW tomorrow so that is what New England should be.

OH OH OH I just heard it is supposed to hit 60 degrees on Sunday ! :aktion033: :aktion033: :aktion033:

Sheryl, come git me!!!!!!!!!

Marty and Sheryl, you guys have to come up to CANADA where it's warm and sunny! It's windy today, but there's virtually no snow, and just hovering around the freezing mark. Supposed to be in the high 40's by Tuesday. I'll make room for you if you want!!
It has been raining a lot in this part of Canada, (eh?) and although I don't mind the warmth...my horses would rather be out in snow, than in watching the rain through the windows.
