Ooooooo. Jill! We bought a new mattress about 5 mos. ago for the lake house. Holy Crap!!!!!!! It's like sleeping on a cloud; in the morning, you really do not want to get out of bed (not sure if that's a good thing or not
default_biggrin.png
). It's some sort of Serta. I'll have to look next time I'm there for the "model". It's a really expensive mattress that we got for at least half price.
Matt -- I'd love to know what kind it is!!! I'm wanting to get something high end that will be really comfortable

Yeah... that and some slipper socks and I'll be a happy lady

Though the others are first on the list.

[SIZE=14pt]santa can't bring what i want, (my leg and back to stop hurting) but maybe he could bring me a new bed and that might help me get some sleep
default_yes.gif

You know, I really can't think of anything I want. I had to think long and hard for things... so new black halters for my horses was all I could come up with.

Never really was big on WANTING things for Christmas... always just loved GIVING things. Last year I really wanted an engagement ring, and I got that

Well, I asked Mom for a new crockpot, mine is literally on its last leg and I use the heck out of it, so really need it.

I'd love several mini sized portable pipe panels, but they aren't readily available in my area.

I really can't think of anything I want or need; well like so many, a good lottery ticket would be nice.

besides Peace on earth.....

I would like my Dad to be able to breathe without oxygen and enjoy his life....

I would love to get my little dream mare, blue eyes, homozygous black pinto that is really friendly.

I would like to feel calm and peaceful; to sleep without night mares, and be able to stop worrying all the time.

And a winning lottery ticket ... not too greedy, maybe $50,000 after taxes!

Also, to be able to go visit Marty and help her with her Christmas lights... and for REO... for time to pass quickly, so that what she loves will return to her quickly. I would like to visit her too.

Ok can I have another shot at this please?

I would like someone to come over and help me untangle approximately 10 million Chrismas lights please?

And make that soon ok?

well I guess I just have humble wishes but I don't ask much in life but it is a lot to me.

I just want to live a healthy life and own my own place with a few nice miniatures
default_wub.png
(pref imported from the US) a nice wife and a couple of wonderful kids would be good too and then a desert racer (arabian horse) to ride on and a good job (that I might have soon, hopefully the near future will tell).

Thank you Robin. That made me cry. You're such a good friend!

I wish everyone would get what they want most. Truely from my heart.

As always, the variety of life as reflected here is just so fascinating--from the very serious to the very light-hearted, and every place in between(it's one of the biggest reasons I love this Forum!)

That said--you all may henceforth consider me a crazy old lady(which wouldn't bother me, as I know I am NOT-just a 'tad' eccentric, perhaps!!

--but what I 'asked for' this year is a Butterscotch Pony! Managed to squeak by LAST year, but when I saw an ad where the price was quite a bit better than last year, I just couldn't stand it! My daughter agreed to share the cost, so it is actually half my gift to MYSELF-
default_rolleyes.gif

-but, it is what I truly wanted, and have for a year! Soooo-my daughter actually found an even better deal, but the no-charge shipping ended soon--and the result is, it is already HERE! Yeah, I know what you may be thinking--but I have NO children around to set an example for--and I will be JUST as happy on Christmas day as I am today, about having it! My grandkids live far away, so Christmas is always VERY quiet here--my daughter(who lives only about 55 miles away)is here, and we just enjoy the peace and quiet, the Christmas shows and music, and the general 'good will' of the season.

It really IS a cute little thing; does all sorts of clever things when turned on--and honestly, I just enjoy seeing it standing there(my only criticism is that it has a bit of a pendulous lower lip when it isn't 'active'!!
default_biggrin.png
) I see it as something I can enjoy when I can no longer own live horses, honestly(which I expect to be MANY years from now!!)--but my life has been STEEPED in horses, and I love 'em in about ANY form, so this is a Christmas gift that is making me smile, big-time! (and I'm not asking for ANYTHING else!)

I would like to ask for the continued health and safety of my family and friends, (and dogs and cats and horses of course) along with world peace.

I really don't need anything, and can't think of anything I really want either. I feel blessed and very lucky to have the life that I have.

I CAN'T let my Mom know that Butterscotch is really cool!!!! LOL She wanted to buy one for ME last year, but too pricey....I know she was thinking about it again this year, since they are quite a bit cheaper here too....but I told her I would rather the money she'd spend on it (even though I think it is totally cool too) to put towards the puppies, new kitten (HEY MATT, where are the pictures??????
default_wink.png
), horses......we'll see, she has yet to surprise me at Christmas, well not since they bought me my first mini.....18 years ago this Christmas!!

I want enough money to buy gifts for my family. Maybe Santa can send some buyers my way?

I dare not ask for anything for Christmas!
default_new_shocked.gif

Not after my husband just surprised me with my new horse Willow on Sunday!

The BEST early Christmas present in the world!!!

Hang on... I guess it goes without saying that I'd wish for health and happiness for all my loved ones too.
default_wub.png

Margo. I think that is so special that you got your pony early and can enjoy it even now. I seen one the other day and wanted to stop and play with it but hubby was in a hurry so didn't get a chance. I am with you, and I think it would be great to have one sitting here next to me.! We are never too ld for a toy!

If I weren't attempting to let go of the idea of horse ownership. I'd say "A horse, of course... any color/size/shape..."

Honestly, I sat down and tried to make a Christmas list, and couldn't think of anything I hugely wanted. It's all small stuff.
