Yours! You post all these fascinating questions and project ideas but never post pictures of your own horses. It drives me nuts!

I'd also like to finally see Margo CT's driving horses and Susanne's Thelonius and Flash.

Leia I would but I have NO photographer. Its hard to "do" with horses AND take a picture of it. Hopefully my niece and nephew will hurry up and get bigger so they can. Whenever I can get some poor soul to "visit" they usually end up taking pictures for me. Your LUCKY to have a photographer/videographer for a MOM!

Trystan and I are making lots of memories just last night I was THANKFUL for the kickstrap (project 2 this year) he was acting like a low rider.

I have to admit, when I see a beautiful horse in an avatar or as an example I beeline to their website if they have one.....

Oh my lord, I'll have to let my mom read that! She HATES being asked to take photos for me, says that she can't see what we're doing and it takes all the fun out of it for her. (Why do you think I'm so careful to give her credit when she does it??
default_wink.png
) No, I'm afraid I'm the one with the photo bug in this family, which is why you'll see so many pictures of Kody tied up to the trailer or with reins or a leadline leading back towards the camera. It drives me nuts when there's no one to photograph us at the shows- I've been known to corner the first likely-looking spectator and beg them to do it for me.

You know you're a do-it-yourself photographer when out of desperation you've actually taught your horse to set up off hand signals, turn his head towards or away from you on voice commands, prick his ears and STAY STILL while you back away and take photos!

Driving pictures are darn near impossible, but surely you could get us some of Trystan and the others loose and playing?

I'd like to know more about Red Boy. Like, how's he doing as he ages? What's his day like? How many foals has he sired? What are Belinda's favoriate foals of his of all time? That sort of stuff.

I second the request for pictures of Margo's horses. She has an Over driving mare Dusty she bought from me about 3 years ago and I've heard she's doing great with her in ADS....

I'd like to know more about Red Boy.
I'll second that! Big Lazy N Red Boy fan here! I've admired his offspring for years and now I am priviledged to own both a son and a daughter.

Definitely have to agree about Bess Kelly's stallion in her avatar. Whitney, I'd like to hear more about your dark palomino too!

as soon as I get back from Convention !! He is doing fine, and enjoys his life of being pampered..

How sweet!

Whatcha wanna know?

Since he first came here at 10 months old (almost 5 years ago) and was looking up at me over the stall door, he has been "Dingle Snort" to me. Don't know why! And so his barn name has been "Nort" or "Norton" ever since!

He's a silly boy and very easy going and lazy! When the others are playing, he just watches. He gives great kisses! I can't resist those pink lips! When he stares at me with those blue eyes, I just melt!

When he DOES trot, WOW! He has such awesome action! He's my bubby, my joy, pride and my heart and soul. I love giving him big body hugs and itching him all over! He has a foot fetish and is always nibbling on my slippers! Or nudging me in the rear when I'm bent over scrubbing out his water tub LOL.

And now his son "THE POOKA" born this year has me wrapped around his little hoof the same way! One look of those blue eyes and smooch of those tiny pink lips and......I was a gonner!

Oh did I mention I LOVE my horse?

For me Jill and Ericas Destiny
I may get some furry pictures of Destiny to share soon. He's been in VA for a few weeks now and I've really been enjoying getting to know him better. He'll be here for a year, then back to Erica for a year, then back here, etc.
default_yes.gif

Destiny is such a loving horse! He loves to nuzzle his people and give kisses, etc. VERY, very huggable and sweet despite how, as Erica has said, when you ask him to in the ring, he blows steam from his heels and walks on air
love0034.gif

Both Erica and I expect a number of foals sired by him starting to arrive early next year. I think Erica will have the first Destiny foal, followed soon by one here out of one of my perlino Bandito daughters. Who knows if our girls have read the schedule, but that's how we figure it will go!
default_biggrin.png

Destiny really is one of the best horse blessings in my life and it is an honor to share him with someone as wonderful as Erica

Thank you for asking, and noticing "Junior". We have been together since the first moment! He is pretty much a close duplicate of dad (without the baby blues
default_sad.png
), Indian Snow. Mom was another show mare, Flashy....still with me as she turned 21 this summer. He has a very tender and touching personality, gentle, loving but, showy for those girls
default_laugh.png
Have three foals, 2 fillies & 1 colt. Like most, he'd love to have had several dozen but, I just don't bred many any more. The youngest of these is now 7, I believe
default_wacko.png

Indulge me with some "family pics",
default_wub.png
Like all of us, we love to share
