what next??????

I had JUST left the vet office dealing with my dog, was writing an update to my thread concerning him....and I got a call from my brother....

My mom (who had a heartattack and open heart surgery back in May) was at the coast with my dad for the week and they were at a casino. My mom fell and broke her hip!! She was transported to a hospital inland and will be having surgery tomorrow!!

OMG!!! Seriously....what NEXT?????

This has been the sh**iest year of my life it seems....so much has happened....is someone testing me to see just how much I deal with before I totally lose it or what???

PLEASE keep my mom and my dog in your thoughts and prayers......

I am sorry for what has happened to you today but please remember this 'God never gives us more than we can handle and I live by that as I am taking care of 4 children ages 13, 10, 5 ,and 4 and my 80 yr old father that has parkinsons diease and all the critters and I do it almost my self as my fiance works 3rd shift, and sleeps most of the day when he comes home from 12hrs at work..plus it is an hour drive 1 way for him..

A very good friend has told me when i get down that everything we go through makes us stronger..May god be with you in this tring time...

Oooooooh my gosh!!!!!! I was just reading the update about Gunner a moment ago!!! Your mom, Gunner, you and your family are in my prayers. Many of my clients have had hip replacement surgery, and they have recovered well and quickly. I hope it will be the same for your mom!!!

I know what it's like when you think the whole world is crashing down on you . Please take one day at a time and breathe.

Your mom is in good hands and her hip can be fixed. She has a long way to recover and it won't be easy, but she's alright and alive so be thankful for that.
