Who here breeds TINIES? Who here breeds for pinto? Please include your web sites.

Here Little Texas Minis. I love them small! My mares are mostly 28-29 and my stallion is a palomino 27 OMP Bantam Buckeroo.

Some are pintos

Best wishes

Anita

Thanks Breanne. We currently have seventy-one mature horses 30" and under, and probably more than half are pinto. They are all pictured on our website: Little America Miniature Horses

We have 4 mini mares that are in the 28" or under range, 2 are pintos, one is appy breeding, one is solid. i have a 27 1/2 stallion arriving in a couple of months, but am not sure how much breeding i will be doing. the 2 pinto mares are for sale. jennifer :saludando:

I love the tinys. My goal is to work in that direction. My smallest mare is right at 30". I have a yearling filly that probably won't see 30". A Palomino Pinto colt born this year that I expect to mature 28-30". A 30.5" Buckeroo grandson, and a new Loud marked, blue eyed Tovero stallion that is only 29 inches.

My main herd sire is the very loud marked Pinto in my avatar, but he is 31.75".

My webpage needs updated, but you can click on the link in my signature line to see it.

Our plans are to breed Pinto minis, but we are just getting started. All our horses are AMHA & Pinto registered. Our 4 mares range in size from about 30" to 34" and bloodlines include Blue Boy, Gold Melody Boy, and Rowdy. Our stallion (Buckeroo/Rowdy bred) is only a yearling and is about 29" now. You can see them all at www.ontargetminiatures.com. Two mares are being bred this year to outside stallions (not sucessfully yet!) so we might have foals next year. We keep telling people that our solid color babies will be for sale no matter how good they are. On the other hand, we would love to produce that homozygous mare you want!!!

Here is my little boy. His sire and dam are both 31" and I don't know were he got the "tiny" from as he is currently 26" and is a yearling so I doubt that he gets much taller.

Here is Arabesque Apaches Onyx Moon. He is also homozygous.

I think this year we may have our smallest Cowboy foal ever! It looks like he may mature smaller than his sire! And a bigger one that may mature around 26" is presently on the AUCTION!

Our big stallion is 29 1/2"

This is 26" 4 yr old stallion Squitter. He's a Rabicano (black with roaning). He's very sweet and wonderful with the mares and foals. I wanted to get a bit smaller height on my babies so I bought him for that but having two stallions and only 3 mares makes for some tough decisions!

I breed for pintos (and appys). I have pure Falabellas and I notice that when I buy the non- appy colors I seem to be partial to the pintos. I just bought a new one, a 28" buckskin tovero mare. She is not on my website yet.

I breed for Overos & Toveros....and I'm working on breeding for 30" and under. My mares range from 27" to 32"....but have added a 27" Tobiano Legionaire son to use on my Overo mares. My Jr. stallion is a 29" yearling...hoping he doesn't get much larger than 31".

This is Destiny....my 27" stallion

I have no website  But, I've raised tinies for a long, long time. Have ten 28 & under mares, another 6 under 30", another 13 over 30"-34". I'd say 40% are pinto. 7 stallions and 5 are pinto...26.75"-32.5".

What are you looking for?

We have several tinies

and a gorgeous tiny pinto mare! Our Duffy stallion is a downsizer most of the time, and produced a 27.5" sorrel minimal pinto mare for us who is just a delight. She's been a World Top Ten, and if she's not sold I will show her next year in Sr Mares. She is the photo at the top of the SHG ads.

I have my first baby due April of 07... my mare is 31" and my stallion she is bred to is 28". Both are pintos, though both heterozygous. Mare is chestnut, stallion is bay. I"m hoping for a bay pinto filly, so I"m sure I'll get a solid chestnut colt lol
