For those of you who order flax online, where do you order from? Thank you

I have a local farmer supply my flax. Not sure if he will ship but worth a try.

His name is John Naser 605 293 3407. I hope this helps.

Im not sure where to order it online, I have never heard of doing that. I get mine from the local feed store, they sell it in bulk. Have you checked your feed store?

Are you looking for ground flax....If so, I get mine from Omega Fields, or you can order it from Glanzen. That is where Amy gets hers...

You can get cold milled stablized flax from KVvet.com it's about twenty bucks for a twenty pound bag plus shipping if I remember right. It will store for a very long time and is convenient to use. It is called "Omega Plus."

Bulkfoods.com Human food quality.

I recently saw a recommendation for "Omega Shine", from Omega Fields, on a driving forum, from a poster who is both a DVM and a high-level competitor, and whose level of knowledge I respect. They will ship direct to your home, shipping is included in the cost.

I looked in the KV catalog; although the cost for 25 lbs. of the "Omega Plus", including shipping, is less than that of the "Omega Shine", I note that the amount you are recommended to feed is MUCH higher for the "Omega Plus", making the other brand of these two actually the better deal. "Omega Shine" is also offered in the KV catalog(the latest one)-but, I did a little math and find that the 50 lb. bag of it would be more reasonable in cost if ordered directly from Omega Fields-at least for the freight zone I am in...it might be a closer call if you live nearer to where KV ships from, however.

I know I am planning to try the "Omega Shine"; in reading info on their website, it appears I might even be able to quit the use of both psyllium AND BOSS if using it; that would save money and time, making the "Omega Shine" an even BETTER 'investment' in my horses' overall good health! Am thinking of putting some on it while keeping others on both monthly psyllium AND daily BOSS, and see if I can see a difference.
