I got this in my email today. The thing is that I don't have a PayPal account and I certainly haven't been buying Russian books

It looks WAY more official than this, but I couldn't get it to copy/paste right. Should I just ignore/delete this or report it to Paypal or what? And all of the links except for one did NOT show up as anything to do with Paypal.

It's a hoax. I got one for over $300 worth of jewelry. I don't wear jewelry

Hubby got one for something in Europe too. You can report it to Paypal as a hoax.

Probably a scam.....I got one from e-bay saying that I had sold someone something and I wasn't selling anything on e-bay! Reported it to e-bay and got an e-mail saying they were investigating it and it was fraudulent. I did a little investigating myself and found the name was from an unregistered user!

If its asking you to click on any link....don't do it...and don't give out any personal information.
