I don't know if our Texas sun has anything to do with it or not. But I did Sky for the March Corsicana show, and had to repeat it before I took her to Glen Rose. The women's dye seems to be working better for me. Dunno......

I have used Just For Men, took me 3 boxes to do my pony. It only lasted about 1 month, and I had to re-do it before another show. Last time I used womens, and it took 1 box and has stayed black for 2 months now.

I was feeding it to my herd. I liked it, but the price just kept going up, then the feed stores wouldn't take their coupons anymore, said Farnam wouldn't send them their $. So we quit using it and went to Safe & Sound, love the results, and about $5 less a bag!!!!!!

I would suggest a #7, as it will leave enough hair for protection from flies and still give a nice clean clip. Have fun unwrapping all your "surprises".
