Tend to agree with Dr. Taylor. Fine them with a late fee, let 'em show and clarify any rules/regs for future situations. IMO, that would be the best for all. Those who "did the right thing" by getting in on time would find "comfort" in there being a penalty, those who missed the deadline will...

Melinda, I am unsure what the reasoning was for closing hardshipping in 2013. We hardshipped our last mare this past spring, so now everyone is double-registered. I would be interested in the reasoning behind this, anyone know?

Agree with whats been said above. This was the first year we did a double strangles vaccination and I won't be doing that again. Two of the four yearlings got really sick and we almost lost one of them. Perhaps they were too young but I think I will be sticking with just one in the future.

I agree with most of whats been said. Gorgeous head, nice color and she appears to be fine-boned based on her legs. Hip is a little small but not bad, neck set and shoulder would be my biggest critique. I think her hip looks smaller too because she has a bigger belly due to probably being on...

My husband does equine dental work and he has separate tools for the minis and the large horses. He has a mini size and large horse speculum and does not use the power float tool as he thinks you have less control with the power float. He only sedates if it necessary and the owner wants...

Agree with Matt, can't really tell from the angles. What is her mouth like? Can't really see her feet but they appear to be OK. Is she bow legged looking from the front? She is adorable though for sure! We had one last year that when I saw him, I said, "is that a dwarf"? But, he was just chunky...
