Show ideas wanted

We are invited to do a show at a local racing (trot and galloping) convention/event with our local mini showteam. The thing we normally do is an agility course, most often racing against dogs, but it could be nice to do something different. Any ideas? We most likely will get some 15-20 min in the ring including the time to set up.

That is really neat that you race against dogs and such a cool picture. My experience with this type of thing is at Equine Affaire where we do 15 minute breed demonstrations showcasing what minis can do - from driving, jumping, trail, to being led by someone in a motorized scooter to show how they can be used by physically or mentally challenged handlers. The jumping seems to be the most popular, seeing how high these little guys can jump!
