2009 Winter Breeders Classic?

Has anyone heard anything about next year's Breeders Classic? They don't have it posted on Mare Stare yet.

I too am wondering, i actually checked the marestare website a few days ago but nothing up yet, i watched last year and would enjoy viewing the sale once agian .

The Breeders Winter Classic Sale will not be held this year. They plan to maybe have it in 2010. I am assuming the show will still be held.

The show is still on, we got the entry for it months ago. We didn't enter this year, too much going on at home.

With the prices the way they are, I can understand how some breeders might be hesitant to put the extra work into prepping sale horses in the winter, but that's still a real bummer. Best of luck to all the show exhibitors!

January can be very cold in Dallas area and weather can change from sunny to icy cold in a minute. Its Texas.

March/April/May would be a better time. When there are other shows too that we get new folks to our miniatures.

I like D/FW sale a lot. Beautiful horses, wonderful people

Awww....I was looking forward to going.

The sale is so close to my birthday I had already planned on trying to talk my husband into another horse.......for my present.

I really enjoy that sale.
