AMHA lookup please ..

If someone could do a look up for me , i would like to see if one of my foals AMHA papers have been processed yet. Its been several weeks and several voicemails left and still nothing in the mail or even a returned call ....

Leeana, I passed your posting on to the AMHA president, as phone calls and emails not returned are not acceptable.

If you email Pam Pruitt directly, she should get back to you right away, she is excellent at quick response. Please let me know if you have more trouble.

I just wanted to share this response from Pam:

Leeana,

I do apologize for the lack of response in which you have experienced. However, I have been out of the office for several days so if you have been leaving messages on my voice mail this is why you have not heard from anyone.

I show the office received your paperwork on July 9 and it was completed with-in 2 weeks. Your papers have been mailed and hopefully you have received them by now, if not, please let me know.

Please allow me to explain how the system works in our department. Once the papers are worked and all the information is put in the system it still must go through the processing dept. where the certificates are made and/or strips are applied. Depending on how many papers get processed each day determines how quickly we can get them through the Processing Dept. Our lady that works that department is only part time so I have one of the other ladies help out in that area when ever possible. Any time you are needing something quickly please let us know and we will get it our as quick as possible.
