lt's just after 12 and l have a big turkey in the oven. The smell is over powering the whole house even when l was out to the barn and came back to the house l could smell the thing from outside. lt's also about -17 out with some wind so pretty well am holed up in my reading room at the other end of the house. Man does turkey ever smell bad even covered in spices and tons of onions stuffed in the cavity makes me sick but have to pretty well do it every year for the ummm love it people around here. Anyone else feel the same or am l in a small minority??

I love it when turkey is in and getting ready. Makes me hungry just thinking of it. I am going to make myself a cold turkey sandwich Not the same as a turkey being in the oven being cooked though...yummy in the tummy

Not me, I love Turkey, but my dad would sympathize.

He refuses to eat anymore of it, chicken, either, with few exceptions, and does not let it be prepared in his house. *LOL*

I guess it's a privilege he's earned.
