Baby Jesus stolen

They seem to do this every year here some where in Ohio. See, Kay, Ron was right! Is this a wide spread thing or just in Ohio?

I don't mean to hijack your post Pee, but it reminded me of something that happened to me a few years ago.

I had a reindeer family (the wooden kind) in my yard. Went outside on Christmas morning and the baby was gone.

I knew there wasn't much chance of getting him back, but did want to report it (just in case). So I called the sheriff's office and said "I want to report a stolen baby reindeer". After a few seconds of total silence, the person on the other end of the line burst out laughing. We talked, I gave her the information, and she thanked me for giving her a laugh. Never did find that little guy.

I know it's sad to think of God's child being abducted! They do it every year here.

Appy, I think people are going to have to resort to chaining down their yard ornaments. I could see them putting an APB on a wooded deer!

The people down the street from us(when I was young) had a baby Jesus stolen from them. They had a sign that said "Wheres baby Jesus? Please bring him back" Every time we road buy I would kind of giggle( we drove by it at least 2 times a day). Believe me I know it's not funny. I would never want any of my things stolen but with that being said I still kind of giggled! I'm so Sorry! I really don't find it funny! They did this 3 years in a row! And every time baby Jesus was stolen. Personally I would have learned my lesson after the first stolen baby Jesus!

You know what the sad part is, every time I hear someone slow down near my house I peek to make sure all my stuff is there and I'd bet ya it's because of that baby Jesus being stolen!

Not to get political and such, but He (God, Jesus) is getting taken out of everything else these days (the pledge of alliegence, schools, government, etc) .... sad when He's being taken out of His own nativity... kinda funny, but really sad to think about...just kinda paints a picture of the way things are going today...JMO

Gosh I woke up on the wrong side of the bed today... sorry guys.
