I have been looking online at horse shirts, sweatshirts etc and wondered if you can do your own with your own horses pictures??

Thanks

Missy

Yes you can and it's fairly easy and fun to do. My daughter who is six made one with her pony on it. I'd post a pic but she's wearing it today and has gone to school for the day. This site will do it for you.

You can also buy the stuff to do it and make them at home. This is what we did. You have to scroll past the ads and then there is an article that tells you what you need to make your own.

Oh yes, for sure you can! I have done several as gifts, and for ourselves. You can buy the iron-on products at pretty-much any store that carries computer papers, inks etc... Just remember to "mirror-imagine" your picture, or it will come out on the shirt "inside-out". (So speak the words of expereince...)

:DOH!

I've done the shirts at home before for people. You can buy the transfer papers from Walmart, print the picture off your computer onto your transfer paper and iron it on. Simple. Just remember to read the directions the transfers come with. Some may be slightly different than others.

I have made so many shirts for friends with there, horses, dogs, cats..whatever...picture on it. Its very easy to do. I use Avery Personal creations T-shirt transfers. You can buy these transfers for light or dark fabrics, and you get 6 transfers to a package. Corinne

My mom did this one year for me for christmas. Bought the transfers and such from walmart. And I've bought shirts from clubs at school and such that were done with transfers from walmart or something. Its really neat that you can do this yourself and at home but if you want it to last I would suggest having a company do it or something. My experience has been that with washing over and over the picture and colors fade and such. In fact in clearing out some clothes this week I reluctantly threw away the one mom gave me a few years ago because you couldn't hardly make out the picture anymore it had just faded and such so much.
