Color Question, again

When my colt was first born I took pics , and thought he was a black foal. But now I am starting to wonder if he is Bay not Black. His legs may have the lookof a bay foal.

His sire was a black tobiano (not homozygous for either) His Dam is a bay tobiano hetro for tobiano His half brother is solid color black, may be fading black.

I am just asking for second opinions on his color. Do you think he is still black or possibly bay?Thank you!

he looks black to me...they lighten up but you will be able to tell when he starts to shed

I know when we have had bays many times the lower legs do not get dark/black until 2-3 months of age. So I say its too early to know. He is much lighter then my black colt so I suspect bay.
